How long is the delivery time?

The normal delivery time is 2-4 business days within Europe and the US. To other parts of the world it’s usually 4-6 business days.

What is the shipping cost?

Scandinavia: 3.95 EUR Europe: 7.95 EUR Rest of World: 9.95 USD

What is your return policy?

If you’re not happy with the items you have received, you can return them within 30 days if the items are in their original condition and labels still attached. You need to use the included pre-printed return label by placing it on the package, and then returning it at your nearest service point.

When can I expect my money back?

If you return your order it may take up to 10 workdays to process a return back to our warehouse. The return amount will be refunded to the account which you used for payment.

Please note that a return fee will be deducted from your refund. The fee is 3,95 EUR within the Scandinavia 7,95 EUR rest of Europe. 9,95 USD rest of world.

We ship world wide! If you can not find your country in the checkout please contact us.

Will there be any additional costs for import, customs, duties and/or taxes?

Beyond medals deliver from Sweden, which is an EU country, and if you are outside of the EU you will most likely be charged import fees when receiving the package. These fees are outside of our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers outside of the EU. With the exception of Switzerland and the UK, where we cover the import fees.
